Hey y’all, yeap that’s right it’s Monday all over again! I know some of you are wishing it was Friday and to those of you that are still on that cup of coffee….”WAKE UP!!” Today is MOTIVATION MONDAY and we want to know what motivates you to get going on a fresh Monday morning?
The feeling of having to start the week and end your weekend can be a draining experience, but I have a word for you today that will get your boots clicking…Guess what, there is someone who wasn’t lucky enough to see a Monday morning, there is someone holding onto what’s left of their life this Monday Morning…so for you to wake up period should be enough to motivate you for the week.
After experiencing a tragic lost over the weekend I was grateful enough to have my Bishop speak on the Book of Haggai, what an encouraging message. Haggai was purposed to encourage the workers whom were discouraged and felt overwhelmed by the task they were facing. As in our everyday experiences we are faced with trials and tribulations that cause us to yearn for what we know, or better yet what we are “used to” to avoid fear of what we don’t know. The Book of Haggai motivates the workers to push forward and fear not, because the Lord Almighty is always with you. “The glory of this present house will be greater than the glory of the former house”, says the Lord Almighty, “And in this place I will grant peace,” declares the Lord Almighty. That chapter alone was enough to motivate me on this Monday morning. It encouraged me to get up and face the challenges of my day knowing that I have a team on my side that can’t and won’t lose!
I pray this message touches your heart and motivates you to press forward! Blessings to you…
