Good Afternoon Family! Today I want to talk about understanding. Understanding the will of God is a priority in life. The more understanding you have the less you will worry yourself about the why’s and why not’s.
Scenario 1: You are good friends with someone and all of a sudden they experience a life changing situation; which results in them pulling away from your once known bond….Instead of taking offense to their sudden change and or harboring bitter feelings about it, try understanding change happens and sometimes for our own good. Some people are only in our lives for a season and if you try to make a seasonal person a lifetime person you are hindering God’s will for your life.
Scenario 2: You apply for a job that you know you have all of the qualifications for, yet for some unknown reason you don’t get it. There is a reason for everything trust and know that! Instead of beating yourself up mentally about why you didn’t get the position or job; try praying for guidance. Understand that this may not have been the job for you and you don’t want to do anything that would cause you to stray from your path.
At times we tend to forget whose plan this is. We try to take matters into our own hands thinking that in some way we are in control; but we’re not. I found myself questioning a lot of things in life and being stubborn by trying to do things my way. All in all doing it “my way” caused me to lose everything and everyone in order for me to understand my way wasn’t the right way. I’ve now matured to the understanding that the more you try to take control over your own life without the help of God the longer it will take you to get to your destiny. We are merely vessels being used for his glory and the sooner we can grasp that understanding, the closer we are to having the victory!-Bianca Lynnette #Lyfechatwww.facebook.com/BiancaLynnetteFanPage
